Wow 24lbs in 12 weeks!

Well that was true my client, Nafisa who completed my 12 week program late last year. She was local to me and also trained in my studio. She's now lost a further 7lbs and continues to amaze me every time I see her.

Average weight loss when following my plans varies from 1-2lbs a week - this is sustainable weight loss!

What that means is that if you aim to lose weight using the "Plan to Glam" method you are less likely to put that weight back on the future.
