Happy New Year everyone!! ✨

New Policies for 2022 and onwards

Firstly, for new clients, there will be an initial consultation a day or two before appointment (possible during time of booking), either in person or on the phone, so that any questions can be asked and both me and you can be on the same page about what is needed and expectations for your Swedish Massage.

Secondly, I will now be doing a £5 deposit for bookings*
- this is refundable IF appointment is cancelled BEFORE 12hours before your appointment,
if appointment is CHANGED to another day (DURING TIME OF CANCELLING ORIGINALL APPOINTMENT) then deposit will go for that day instead
- HOWEVER, any cancelling or changing appointments within the 12hours before the appointment, then unfortunately it is NON-REFUNDABLE.

*this will be taken during the initial consultation (either over phone or in person) by either a payment to PayPal or in cash. If deposit isn’t taken then the booking may get cancelled.

Thought I’d put this up as some of the “services” are slightly wrong on the times and such and I wished to explain why their down as more time than what iv called them

So, for example the “30minutes Swedish massage” is for over an hour so that we have plenty of time for the consultation before and the aftercare afterwards. The last thing anyone needs after theyv just been relaxed is to feel rushed 🙂

And to explain the timings, iv added roughly an hour to each massage session so anything that needs specifying before (where certain areas hurt) or explaining afterwards (such as why to drink lots of water for 24hours after the massage) are covered and everyone is fully informed

Plus explaining what areas are included in the full body
