We will be open as usual on all other days, including Saturday 4th April.

We kindly ask patients to plan ahead when ordering medications. Please avoid over-ordering, as this can place unnecessary pressure on the team and may contribute to medication shortages.

We’ve invested in a new digital prescription collection system to help make the process quicker and easier for both our team and our patients 💊✅

Please bear with us while we’re in the transition period as we move over to the new system and phase out the old one 😊

Here’s how it works:
📱 Once your prescription is ready and has been placed in the collection box, you’ll receive a text or email
📦 Your message will also tell you which numbered box your prescription is in
🙋 When you arrive, just let our counter team know the box number, and they’ll be able to get it for you even faster

Don’t worry if you don’t have your box number — we can find it for you 😊
