😜 Not a fan of trends but this is a super quick way of having content ready to go from old photo files & I will take that!

Also made me realise that when I got into nutrition over 10 years ago I knew one boy in my sons school year with ADHD. I had no idea there was an Inattentive presentation or how it might show up for women & girls. I certainly don't view impulsivity negatively looking back at 2016, it made for a lot of fun πŸ˜‰.

A 10 year loon back reminds us that change is the only constant & we need to move with it to keep up.

Packed, as always, with nutrient dense goodies to enhance our ADHD minds. Soluble fiber from dried red lentils is a favourite of mine as it is effective in detoxing but less disruptive on the gut. This recipe is sweet so creates a great way to get Vitamin A rich carrots into kids & the moorish taste comes from miso - the secret gut booster = serotonin support!

Hope you all enjoy - we love it in a jacket potato for an easy supper.

2. Calms the nervous system, reducing anxiety & stress = better sleep quality.

I love sharing ADHD stories, recipes, thoughts & just holding space - an extention of my coaching & all inspired by you.

The most difficult thing for me, as an ADHDer, is showing up with consistency. But, you guys hold me accountable & mostly I really do 😜, I have surprised myself (with a little help from insta friends!).

So many ideas for 2026 but I will be asking more of what you feel you need, what is helpful, what is supportive - so again, thank you.

πŸ’“ Just a really heartfelt thank you for choosing me as your ADHD coach πŸ’“. Holding space for you is everything, it's my dharma. Sharing our stories is brave so please know how much it means that I hold yours as we learn how to support our neurodivergent nervous systems.

So much to share about plans for next year but for now, especially those now home from school, relax and enjoy the downtime.
