Sometimes all we need is just one sacred hour each day — to breathe, slow down, and return to ourselves.

We often place everything else first, forgetting that our own well-being deserves space and care.

You are allowed to pause. You are allowed to rest. Make yourself a priority — gently, lovingly, and without guilt.

Two months ago, Judy was a scared cat who would hide behind the plants, under the chair or table. She couldn't eat her food if we were in the same room...

In the past few weeks, she has become more comfortable, playful, adventurous, curious and loving.

And now finally, decided to sleep on my lap🎉

2024, you were a year of transformation.

Through Reiki, you reminded me to prioritise my wellbeing, to honour the power of a balanced mindset, and to value the energy of those I choose to surround myself with to cultivate a positive mindset, and to cherish the people I surround myself with. You showed me I am capable of sitting still, finding calm in meditation, and returning to the present moment. I’ve learned to manage my emotions with greater ease and to see vulnerability as a strength rather than a weakness.

Of course, there were difficult times—tears, challenges, and moments of doubt. Yet, every struggle brought growth and clarity, reminding me of the resilience within.

2025, may you be kind, joyful, and my greatest teacher.
