hey all, so today was spent Helping out Apedale Valley Light Railway for their New members day. And start of the official 2025 season

the railway is open on SAT & SUN every week from now until october. they then Have the santa specials which require online booking in december.

The railway is set in a lovely Country park in Chesterton newcastle-under-lyme just off loomer road.

being outdoors or taking a ride on the steam/diesel Trains can be really good for mental health and promotes time to think reflect and relax. You can also enjoy something to eat and a hot drink in the cafe at the heritage center next to the railway

this is a very special update from us here At the BPD well being bootcamp.

we officially have chosen our mental health awareness color which is represented within our Logo.

Our official color is Light green. This is because the tree in our logo is very important to us.

The tree is a symbol of growth, change and rebirth.

it also symbolizes hope because as one chapter ends a new one begins.. Just like a tree shedding in winter and blossoming in spring.

we will have some official Bottle opener Keyrings and charity bands available in the coming weeks. prices and p&p will be uploaded closer to stock arriving
