PPG Annual Survey 2025/26

We are once again delighted with the results of our annual Patient Participation Group Survey.

This year, we repeated the same questions as last year to allow for a clear year-on-year comparison of results. The survey was sent directly to patients who have registered and verified an email address with the practice, and we were pleased to receive 306 responses, an excellent level of engagement.

Most encouragingly, every question showed a positive improvement compared with last year.

This is a fantastic outcome and very motivating for the entire practice team.

As we all approach the Christmas and New Year period we know that the year may not have been a good one for everyone, whilst others may have made happy memories which they will cherish.

All of the staff at the practice want to wish all of our patients a happy, healthy festive period. We also must thank all of the patients and their relatives for the cards and gifts we have received. This is very thoughtful, and they are very much appreciated by all of the team.
