Every week in our trainee-coached sessions, we focus on balance. It’s something we naturally lose as we age β€” unless we work at it!

Good balance helps with everything we do: walking, standing up, sitting down, tackling stairs, and most importantly… preventing falls. πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸͺœβœ¨

So let’s keep moving, keep training, and keep our balance strong β€” it’s one of the best ways to stay independent, confident, and steady on our feet! πŸ’₯

πŸ€ New Skill Station Alert!

Our new basketball hoop got plenty of action today β€” it’s the finisher of our sessions, and always brings out a bit of friendly competition!

Today it was coaches vs. student athletes, and the coaches took the win (with some classic tactical putting off the shot πŸ˜‰).

A great way to wrap up the session with energy, laughs, and teamwork!
