We were discussing today how the feminine cycle - the highs & the lows, the rise and fall of energy, the lethargy, the mood swings, the irritability, the cramps, the sweats, the constant changes - can pretty much dictate your life.
Women are cyclical. Fluid. Seasonal. Each week calls for a different approach and so we’ve compiled a hormone health guide (due to launch 17th October) filled with info on how to sync your cycle, reset & recalibrate your body, nourish & nurture your feminine needs and basically work WITH and not against yourself.
