💥 APRIL HALF-TERM 💥

📅 6th-9th and 13th-16th of April.

🕘 10am-3pm (optional FREE 9am drop off if needed, please request upon booking).

The programme is thoughtfully structured to run over 4 consecutive days, allowing children to build understanding and confidence as the week progresses. However, we also offer individual day bookings as well as full block bookings for those who would like to attend the complete programme. 😊

Investment - £35 a session or £120 for the 4 days.

Mini Gurus is a nurturing and empowering space where children learn psychoeducation, emotional regulation, and spiritual hygiene in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment. 🥰

Through gentle guidance, creative activities, and energy movement, we help little minds understand their emotions, build resilience, and develop practical tools they can use in everyday life, creating strong foundations that support them into adulthood. 🙌🏼

Sessions are facilitated by a qualified psychotherapist, however, these are not therapy sessions. The focus is on education, emotional skill-building, and healthy energetic awareness in a safe group setting.

Spaces are very limited to ensure each child receives the care and attention they deserve.
