My evening aromatherapy bath turned out to be the perfect PMS / PMDD / menstrual cycle support blend — Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang & Lavender 🪻
✨ Clary Sage – hormone balancing, eases irritability, helps with emotional overwhelm (especially beneficial during PMDD’s luteal phase)
🌸 Ylang Ylang – anxiolytic (softens anxiety), calms PMS, sedative, slows rapid breathing and heartbeat
🪻 Lavender – deeply relaxing, eases anxiety, promotes restful sleep 💤
