I painted this some time ago, not fully realising the message it carried —
energies twisting and turning, like threads of frequency pulling us forward.

It felt like we were being drawn into something vast…
into the spiral of the Age of Aquarius — a time of awakening, truth, and collective evolution.

At the centre of all that motion…
a clear space.
An invitation.

🌀 To ask, what do we paint next?
🌀 What will we create from this new level of awareness?

This piece continues to speak to me — reminding us all:
We are no longer repeating the past.
We are here to create a new picture — consciously, boldly, together.

🎨 Sometimes I take time out from abstract work…
to paint something slower, softer, and more grounded.

This piece brought me back to breath, presence, and the still beauty in simple things.

Painting, like healing, is a return to the now. 🌸

Message: The truth of your heart is stepping forward to be seen.

This will keep alignment to your path sacrosanct.

A clear slate to reveal the truth of you in balance and harmony, using the Divine Feminine within to create your wishes and desires.

A time where all your deepest dreams and desires are coming forward in earnest, showing you the way.

A perfect time to journal to be aware of what has held you back in the past, and how to overcome it with ease.

Keep grounded in yourself, and set your boundaries to keep clear of falling into 'others desires; ' for it is your time in loving power to what is needed now.

🌙 From Wasps in My Duvet to Bees on My PJs 🐝

Healing has a sense of humour.

Some time ago, I had a dream about a giant wasp — all buzzing boundaries, fiery energy and a little fear mixed in. It disappeared into my duvet. A reminder that sometimes, life asks us to stand firm and face what stings.

Fast-forward to this week: I’m gifted a pair of purple pyjamas covered in bees. 💜

I had to laugh — the wasp has transformed into sweetness! The sting has become honey.

From the wasp’s lesson in protection, to the mermaid’s flow of emotion, and now the bee’s hum of community and creation — it’s like the universe whispering:

> “You’ve done the work. You can rest now in what you’ve become.”

So here I am, wrapped in bees, resting easy and smiling at the cosmic joke — my bed may be full, but it’s buzzing with love and transformation. 🐝💛

“Emergence” — The Mermaid Within

Mermaids have always symbolized the deep emotional self — that place where intuition, creativity, and mystery live below the surface.
This painting came through in waves of green, the color of the heart and renewal.
She rises from the depths not to escape the water, but to bring its wisdom to the light — the merging of emotion and awareness, heart and soul.

As she floats between worlds, her energy spirals in flow — a reminder that healing and creativity are never linear, they move like the tides.
