Kindness, Wisdom, Openess.

Message: Be kind to yourself this week, and be open to showing the truth of you.

Using the abundance of wisdom that you hold, allows the shadows to show their true beauty.

Journal and ask:

What really holds you?
What am I willing to reveal?
What am I willing to surrender?

Take the time to let go and love all that you are in kindness and compassion.

Celebrate the highs and lows for they are what make you, and show you your strengths.

It is ok to be vunerable, as this allows others to be vunerable too.

As you open and speak the shadows that have held you back, your loving healing light spreads.

Celebrate you with love and compassion and relish in your uniqueness, revealing your kindness,wisdom and openess to be all that you truly are.

There’s a stillness that comes when you truly drop in —
not to escape, but to meet yourself with love.

💫 Sometimes I receive clear signs —
A whisper. A symbol. A golden thread pulling me toward my next knowing.
Other times, the healing is quiet. Gentle.

Just breathe.
Just listen.

Love, Abundance,Transition.

Message: A time to review the love and abundance in your life.

This brings a fullness of joy into your being.

There are many times that your thinking has held you in lack, when in truth you have always had exactly what was needed.

Now is the time to review these moments, to how you were blessed in retrospect.

Go past the memory of lack and see the love that you were held in.

Help us to help you to see a different perspective , and relish in the outcomes that were provided.

You are always loved.

You are always held.

Trust in the outcomes that are there waiting for you.

Doubt only muddies the waters, causing unclear outcomes.

Take the time to sit and review and ask for the light to shine on the benefits that you may have missed and still hold you to a lower frequency.

Its time to rise and show the love and beauty that you contain, with a new freedom.

🌿 From Sensitivity to People-Pleasing 🌿

Sensitive children often grow up scanning the room before they speak.
Feeling every shift in energy.
Sensing when something was “off” — and thinking it was their job to fix it.

So they became kind.
Considerate.
Accommodating.
And slowly... they forgot how to choose themselves.

Not because they were weak —
but because they were strong enough to care deeply.
Because their nervous systems were tuned to survival through harmony.

🕊️ People-pleasing is often just a sensitive child in an adult body…
trying to stay safe.
Trying to stay loved.

Healing means remembering:
You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to say no.
You are allowed to stop performing peace, and start living in it.

✨ Time Out is Sacred Too ✨

When you're going through a shift — emotional, energetic, spiritual — everything in you may want to push through.
But your soul is asking for something softer…

🕊️ Time out.
🌿 Gentle care.
💧 Stillness between the waves.

Shifts can stir old patterns, bring up buried emotion, or simply leave you feeling foggy and tired.
This isn’t laziness. This is transition.

Allow yourself to:
🌸 Rest without guilt
🌸 Say no without explanation
🌸 Receive support without needing to be "strong"

Self-care during these times isn’t optional — it’s medicine.
Let the dust settle.
Let your system recalibrate.
Let your heart catch up with your spirit.

You’re not behind — you’re becoming. 💫

Look to what brings you joy.
Look to what action to take, to make things happen.

Look inwards to re-engage with your desires.

Take note of where your priorites lie,* to gain a clearer perspective of are they serving you to your highest good?

Clear the decks of anything that is draining your energy, or is no longer viable.

Bring the joy back into your life, as you shrug off anything that feels out of alignment.

Changes that bring inner joy and excitement to create what you truly need.

You are held, you are loved, so relish in the process as you discover the gold within.

Allowance, Cleansing, Transition.

Message: Grounding into the fullness of you.

You have mastered much in your life. How to speak, walk, run etc. In case you are wondering about the master you aspire too.

A time to bring your worthiness to the fore and being creative.

Cleansing is taking place as you transition into allowance of your authentic self.

You have so much to give, and now is the time to be creative in what these changes are to bring forward for you.

A transition to purge all that is no longer serving, you and the greater collective, when you step forward in knowing and truth.

You are loved, you are held, you follow your heart.

The truth is setting you free to see and reveal perspectives that have been hidden till now.

A reframing from what you have held in beliefs and systems that were not necessarily yours to hold.

Intuition is high, so listen to your innermost thoughts, journal and ground them.

This allows a flowing and freedom to move forward with ease and grace, as it is an active step forwards into your higher future.

I have always enjoyed baking since I was little.

Then a few years ago gluten had to go.😠

So I more or less gave up cake and bread, as a lot of recipes use rice flour.

Great for biscuits and pastry, but I didn't like the after taste in bread and cake.

Since discovering cassava flour I am baking again and was going to post a slice of cake, but got tempted and ate most of it before taking the photo.🤣🤣🤣

❄️ The Snow Teaches Us… ❄️

There’s something magical in how snow falls — soft, silent, cleansing.
It hushes the world…
And invites us to pause.

Today, as I watched the snow settle, I realised — this is meditation in motion.
Not to do.
Not to fix.
Not to chase clarity.

Just to be still enough to receive it.
To let the peace arrive like snowfall… gently, quietly, in its own time.

🌨️ The mind might ask, “What should I be doing?”
But the soul whispers, “Just rest… and let it land.”
