Q: How important has your team been in this journey?
Jake: Everything. I’m proud of what we’ve built, but it’s the team that delivers it day in, day out. Their work ethic and pride in the finish is what’s driving Sealtech forward.
Q: What’s next for Sealtech?
Jake: We’re not slowing down. The goal is to keep raising the standard across the South West and continue building our reputation. There’s a lot more to come.
