EFT can sound a bit strange at first — tapping on certain points while talking about how you feel — but honestly, it’s one of the most gentle and effective ways to release stress, anxiety and all those emotions we tend to bottle up.
I work with people here in Newton Abbot who often say they were nervous to try it at first… then after one session, they’re surprised by how calm and clear they feel.
It’s not about digging straight into painful memories — it’s about helping your body let go of what it’s been holding onto, so you can actually feel lighter and more at ease.
