So second we have on our evening of Sound at Pierce and Love 1872 is a Drum Journey 💜

Some of you may have explored this before 🙂 it's a Reflective form of Sound Therapy.

It allows us to work more targeted with the sound enabling us to work on something that isn't working for us or no longer serves us, this can be physical, mentally, emotionally or physically 💜

We use a reflective practice framework to focus on the issue then use the power of the drum to take your brainwaves into a lower state where you can journey and work though what no longer serves 💜
