Hi Everyone.
Due to increased demand, I am introducing a mandatory £10 (non-refundable) deposit in order to confirm your booking with me.
I am aware some people prefer cash payments and in these cases, talk to me directly and we will complete this transaction in person.

Thankyou

Hello 2025.....I can’t believe it’s been nearly a year since opening my sport rehab clinic in . I’ve enjoyed building my business, whilst also working and growing as a sport rehab clinician in the teaching (SPARC) clinic within the University of Greater Manchester… it’s been a fun experience. Im now the head sport rehabiltator of Bolton Rugby Union first team, and a part of the medical team for England men’s PDRL. I’m so unbelievably thrilled to be a part of both teams. I am excited for what this year will bring and keen to grow my business and continue building my knowledge and skills within different sports. The video above is a showcase some of the skills and drills I have coached over the year…some look a lot easier than they were to learn. But my clients and I always enjoy the process. If you are suffering from any type of injury or pain, please message me to book in for an initial assessment

Whatever sport or hobby you have, my aim is get you back to this activity pain free with improved overall physical performance.

Yes, the structure/ tissue injured will determine specific requirements within the rehab plan, but depending on what your individual goals are… this will also shape the exercises I will prescribe.
I do admit, sometimes they are a little funny looking🤣… but they work!!!

The example above ^ is working on adductor strength with the goal of returning to kick boxing.

Any questions at all, please feel free to drop me a message.

Do you have a re-occurring injury/issue?

Unfortunately, it is common for injuries to return if not fully dealt with. You are significantly more susceptible to re-injuring any previously damaged structure if not properly rehabilitated.
This can be a frustrating process and people will often find themselves coming face-to-face with past injuries.

If you find yourself experiencing that same pain on a yearly/ monthly/ weekly basis, I strongly recommend booking in for an initial assessment. I can help identify any areas of weakness/ immobility/ instability, and provide a personalised rehab plan tailored to your individual goals and needs.
