You do not need to train every day to get results.

A lot of people believe they need to train six or seven days a week.

That is rarely the reason people struggle.

The real problem is inconsistency.

Three solid sessions every week will beat random workouts every day.

When you focus on quality sessions and proper recovery, progress becomes much easier.

Training should improve your life, not exhaust it.

If your routine feels sustainable, you are doing it right.

If it feels impossible to maintain, something needs adjusting.

Consistency always wins.

If the weather is decent this week, try this simple outdoor session.

You only need a bit of space.

3 rounds of:

20 walking lunges

15 press ups

10 burpees

30 second plank

400m walk or jog

Rest for 90 seconds between rounds.

Simple, effective and it gets the whole body moving.

Fresh air makes a big difference too.

If you give this a go, let us know how it felt.

5 ways to stay consistent when work gets busy.

We all have weeks where work takes over.

Instead of quitting your routine, try this:

1. Shorter workouts are still workouts

2. Walk more during the day, even if it is 10 minutes

3. Prepare simple meals instead of skipping food

4. Keep your training days consistent each week

5. Focus on progress, not perfection

Most people lose progress during busy weeks because they stop completely.

The secret is learning how to adapt.

Even small sessions keep the habit alive.

Consistency beats intensity every time.

Time for a quick vote.

If you had to choose one, what would it be?

🌴 Beach holiday

or

🏔 Mountain escape

Sun, sand and relaxing by the water?

Or fresh air, hiking and amazing views?

There is no wrong answer.

But you have to pick one.

Drop your vote below and let’s see which one wins.

Bonus question.

Three months ago, Ben nearly did not start.

He told us he was “not fit enough” and wanted to get into better shape first.

You have probably heard that before.

The truth is, nobody starts fit.

They start nervous, unsure and a little bit out of routine.

That first week was about showing up.

Week two was about building confidence.

By week six, things had changed completely.

Energy levels were higher

Strength was improving

And most importantly, they were enjoying it

Fast forward to today.

Ben is now one of the most consistent people in the room.

Not because he was the fittest.

Because he decided to start.

Simple high protein breakfast idea for busy mornings.

Try this quick yoghurt and fruit bowl.

You only need:

200g Greek yoghurt

A handful of berries

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

A sprinkle of granola or oats

Optional, a spoon of peanut butter

It takes less than two minutes to make and keeps you full for hours.

Perfect before work

Perfect after a morning walk

Perfect if you are trying to avoid skipping breakfast

Small food choices like this make a big difference over time.

Save this for later or share it with someone who always skips breakfast.

Quick question for you…

Who is the one friend that always says:

“We should start training together”

…but it never actually happens?

Tag them below.

Let’s see if we can finally make it happen this time.

Training with someone else makes everything easier.

You push each other

You stay accountable

And it is a lot more fun than doing it alone

So go on.

Motivation is not the problem.

Structure is.

Most people think they struggle with fitness because they lack motivation.

But the truth is, motivation comes and goes for everyone.

The people who stay consistent are not more motivated.

They simply have a better structure.

They have training days booked

They know what sessions they are doing

They have people expecting them to show up

When you rely on motivation, you train when you feel like it.

When you build structure, you train regardless of how you feel.

And that is where real progress begins.

5 simple ways to reset your routine this month

If March felt a bit messy, that is normal. Life gets busy.

Here are 5 simple ways to get your routine back on track this week:

1. Book your workouts into your diary like meetings

2. Prepare tomorrow’s breakfast the night before

3. Aim for a short walk every day, even 10 minutes counts

4. Focus on consistency, not perfection

5. Surround yourself with people who also want to improve

Most people think progress comes from doing something extreme.

In reality, progress comes from repeating small actions every single week.

Which one of these will you start today?

New month. Fresh start.

April is a brilliant time to reset your routine.

The days are getting longer

The weather is slowly improving

And people naturally feel a bit more energised

You do not need a huge transformation plan.

Just start with a few simple commitments:

Move your body 3 times this week

Drink more water than you did in March

Get outside for a walk when you can

And focus on building momentum again

Fitness is not about being perfect.

It is about stacking small wins.

If April became the month you rebuilt your routine, how good would that feel?
