🌿 Stress Awareness Day 2025 🌿

Let’s be honest — caring isn’t always cups of tea and cosy chats (though we do love those ☕💛).
Some days are long, some are heavy, and some just leave you ready to swap your kettle for a pillow. 😅

So on Stress Awareness Day, we just want to say this — we see you.
The early starts, the late finishes, the laughs, the tears, the endless kindness you give — it all matters. 💜

But here’s the thing: you matter too.
So today, take a moment for you:
🌸 Breathe.
💬 Talk it out with someone who gets it.
🧡 And remember — it’s okay to pause. It’s okay to rest.
