Did you know there are proven benefits of yoga and mindfulness as an activity to support people on a cancer pathway?

Our first Yoga for Cancer, relaxing mini retreat will take place on:
📆Tuesday 20th Jan
⏰ 2:30- 4:30pm

These sessions will include:
🧘‍♀️Gentle yoga and relaxation (no prior experience required)
🧘‍♂️Mindfulness practice
🍵Refreshments
🤗 A chance to chat in a supportive and understanding space
