There has been a slight change to our Social Supermarket timings. Please note we now open at 9.30 on Mondays to allow for our volunteers to get in and all set up.

We will be welcoming our guest speaker, Dave, to talk about sepsis awareness and his own lived experience at our Wellbeing Group at NPH Connect Eden Close Community Hub on Tuesday 28th April, 2-4pm. All welcome, no need to book, just come along!

Are you aged over 60 who rely on being able to drive and live in Northamptonshire? Then this FREE roadshow is for you!

Driving is an important part of our everyday life, and the Northamptonshire Safer Roads Alliance (NSRA) is keen to help keep mature drivers driving safer for longer.

Our driving ability changes over time for varied reasons, especially as we get older and it is important that we recognise these so we can stay safe and protect both ourselves and those around us.

The NSRA’s Mature Driver Roadshow is aimed at drivers aged 60 plus and will cover all aspects of driving as well as the opportunity to book a free driving sessions delivered by Northampton Advanced Motorists.

The roadshow takes place on Monday, May 18, Fletton House, Fletton Way, Glapthorn Road, Peterborough, PE8 4JA (https://orlo.uk/aCnTl).

Our Cognition Cafe brought about a blend of creativity and crosswording, with a bit of word search and jigsaw puzzling thrown in. Different ways of keeping an active mind and giving our brain a workout, not to mention the importance of connection with others in our cognitive health 🧩🪡📰☕️🍪
Our Cognition Cafe takes place at Parsons Meade Community Hub, West Hunsbury on the 1st & 3rd Friday of each month - next session, Friday 1st May 😊
