Next month I will be learning how to be a Cranial Sacral Therapist, I’m so excited 😆, I’ve offered some of my wonderful regular customers free treatments BUT I still have a couple more spaces to fill.

If you’re feeling a bit blugh, away with the fairy’s, overwhelmed or just not quite right... take your shoes and socks off and get outside.
Take in a deep breath of calm and blow away any negativity.
Imagine your feet have roots coming out of them and the roots are going in to the depths of the earth, moving deeper around crystals and minerals, anchoring you with every second and millimetre, grounding you, bringing you back to nature and yourself.
Take a few minutes to slowly breath in and ouutttt, listen to the birds and the wind in the trees, you will feel so much more together and YOU again.
