Domiciliary care Manager for Northampton Branch.
Employee to meet for the manager role in domiciliary care.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Local and familiar with the surrounding area.
- Have or be in the process of acquiring NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
- Experience in ensuring CQC compliance and optimisation initiative
- Previous experience managing a Domiciliary Care Team
- Awareness of safeguarding, how to raise alerts, how to respond to allegations and how to protect clients
- Experience in leading a team and managing domiciliary care workers
- Passionate about the service of care provided
- Excellent communication skills and experience in liasing with a range of professionals, patients and their families.
- Excellent writing skills to ensure daily paperwork completed and applicant is able to support clients to improve
- Must have a basic level of computer skills and using patient care systems.
-Experience in risk assessments and activities of daily living assessments.
Additional qualities we're looking for in the ideal Manager (but not essential) include
- First aid trained
- vast experience of wide range of clients with different diagnoses’ in different settings.
