This will be a calm, grounding session… perfect if you want to try my style, reconnect with yourself, or simply take a soft pause before winter fully arrives.

Sometimes healing doesn’t look like a pose on a mat. It looks like a slow walk through quiet gravestones,a sketchbook in hand,and a pencil moving gently with your breath.

That afternoon in Yanaka Cemetery,
I was not only sketching… I was listening…..To the wind, to memory,and to the stillness I’d forgotten to hold.

This is yoga too😇 The kind that asks nothing but your presence. 🙏🏻

Some days, the hardest part isn’t the flow..
it’s finding the strength to roll out the mat when your body feels heavy and your mind whispers, “Just stay still.”

But I’ve learned that movement isn’t always about energy.
It’s about showing up, even when I don’t feel like it.
It’s choosing to breathe, stretch, and reconnect;
especially on the days I’d rather do nothing at all.

Because the slowest flow, with sleepy eyes and a tired soul,
still counts.
It’s still healing.
And that’s enough.

☕☕ Flow, breathe, pause, sip, repeat. ✨

Today, I woke up before the sunrise. Had my coffee and then I practiced with Ma Meilleure Ennemie by Pomme and Stromae ( from Arcane Season 2 )—a song that feels like a whisper from the past, a dance with nostalgia, a quiet moment of reflection.

There’s something about syncing breath with melody, movement with emotion. Every stretch, every inhale, every pause—woven into the rhythm of the song.

And then, the stillness after—the warmth of coffee in my hands, the music lingering in the air, and the afterglow of movement that feels heavenly. Some days, it’s the simplest things that make all the difference. A fuel for a productive day ahead 💻🎧

Coffee. Good music. And the magic that follows a soulful practice. 🌿💛

The rain was pouring, the wind was howling, and thunder rumbled in the distance. I rushed to close the doors as the storm spills inside, soaking me in the moment.

And then, I paused.

In this romantic chaos, I realised something beautiful—nature wasn’t just calling, it was reminding me. To stop. To breathe. To be fully present.

For once, I was not rushing. Not chasing. Just existing—wrapped in the storm’s embrace, finding joy in my own company. 💛✨

When was the last time you truly let yourself enjoy the rain? When was the last time you took a pause and breathe in the moment consciously?
