Dear clients in the UK

I’m preparing my first retreat in Calonge, Costa Brava, in a beautiful 6‑bedroom house with pool and beautiful garden, 5 minutes away from the beach.
First Retreat in April 2025 days TBC.

We’ll practice yoga together, enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings, and visit local wineries to taste authentic Catalan wines 🍷🌿among other things.

Let’s do this together at 9pm tomorrow evening. 10pm in Spain.

🌕🔥🌿🥃 Full Moon Ritual with Laurel, Fire & Brandy(or wine, Wisky, tequila)….

Under the full moon, I honor transformation.
The red flame dances with laurel smoke,
the brandy glows like captured sun.
I sip the spirit of renewal,
and under the moonlight,
I release, I renew, I rise.

✨ Ritual steps:
1️⃣ Prepare a safe fire bowl, with dried laurel leaves.
2️⃣ Raise your glass of brandy to the moon: “Spirit of vine and flame, I honor transformation tonight.”
3️⃣ Burn a laurel leaf with your intention.
4️⃣ Sip the brandy slowly, pour a few drops to the earth as offering.
5️⃣ Lift the glass toward the moon, feel its blessing.
6️⃣ Scatter cooled ashes into the soil, completing the cycle.

🌿🔥🥃 May the full moon guide clarity, protection, and abundance.
Plenty of dry laurel leaves under my hedge in Bugbrooke.
