Sun Salutions & Flow class this morning. With the added “threat” of 1 year we will do 108 Sun Salutations in 1 class . Which I have just googled and predicted time is between 90 mins & 2 hours. Who’s up for the challenge? Karen Robinson 😆

🪜 Yoga 🧘‍♂️ Flow is such a demanding Flow for Mind, Body & Strength. Once “That” music Kicks in there’s no going back 💪🏼. Such a wonderful feeling when we lie back in relaxation.
Well done everyone 💯% given this morning.

This morning we were Celebrating Tomorrow being Mothers Day & ending our practice with the Donna Ashworth poem 🥰 which I have shared 🙏
