Helping you find purpose, shift your mindset, navigate change and build leadership skills for success in your career. When it comes to being stuck in a mid-life rut, I've been there, done that and now I want to share the tools and insights that actually work. For me, part of navigating the challenges of mid-career stagnation involved transitioning from a 25-year career in adult education (as a trainer and manager) into full-time coaching. I offer leadership coaching, executive coaching and life coaching as I empower anyone who feels they want more to actually achieve it. My coaching philosophy is simple: Success isn't a secret—it's all about unlocking and trusting your inner wisdom. Drawing on my quarter century of training experience, I've crafted a coaching style that taps into my clients' unique strengths. As bonus, I worked in management for years and bring a wealth of business wisdom to the table. I specialise in working with mid-career professionals, managers and leaders. These are people I know well, who in my previous career I designed professional programmes for, and who I helped to improve English communication and other soft skills. My career was in English Language Teaching (ELT) to adults, and I've lived and worked in six countries (and been part of projects that spanned even more!). As a result of all my moves, I've mastered adapting and succeeding in diverse global contexts. As a respected manager, trainer, and coach, I anchor myself in my core strengths of empathy, professionalism, and insight. My mission and my passion is to coach. I do it because I truly believe coaching can elevate lives. I found a coach myself at a time mid-career when I really needed help - and it totally helped me to empower my confidence and unlock my full potential, professionally and beyond.

Difficult conversation coming up at work?

2. “Is this my fear talking or a real problem I can solve?”

3. “Would I say this to someone I care about - and if not, why am I saying it to myself?”

Change has knocked on my door more times than I can count. I’ve moved countries, rebuilt my life from scratch, and even switched careers at 45. So when I say I understand how frightening change can feel, I really do.
