Well done to my client who wanted to learn how to use "big weights" knowing muscle needs a challenge to grow 💪
My client has grown in confidence through regular PT sessions and is getting stronger.

It is so important to lift weights, make sure its heavy enough to promote a stimulus and have good technique.
