Mindful Reiki

If you have a book of mine, any book, open it every day this month and see what the random-page message is.

Give each passage time to ruminate and reveal itself to you. The book always knows.

How does it work? In the same way that drawing an oracle or angel card works. In the same way we see signs and synchronicities show up just when we need them.

Guidance is around us, a thing we just know but will never truly know. You choose the page you need. You’re drawn. You just know.

Day 20 of my advent.

If you are in the northern hemisphere… we are almost upon the solstice tomorrow at 3pm. And from then, light begins to return to us. It’s always returning and you always survive. What a thing.

✨ Winter Solstice is tomorrow – the shortest day of the year. A beautiful moment to pause.

To remember what went well. Not what you could or should have done but, your positive achievements.

As a spiritual soul, you’re often busy helping others and keeping life going. It’s so easy for your own greatness and bright moments to be forgotten.

A simple Solstice celebration

🕯️ Light a candle
💕 Hand on heart

Breathe in saying “I wish to receive…” (peace / joy / confidence / ease)
Breathe out saying “in exchange, I release…” (self-criticism / doubt / overthinking)
Repeat three times

Now say “I choose to remember the good.”
🏆 Write down 3 achievements you feel genuinely proud of. Feel each one as though happening now
🙏 Add 3 moments you’re grateful for. Feel it within you

Stay with that feel-good energy. Let it build 💫
Every thought is a feeling that feeling radiates out. Feeling good helps your body, mind and soul. Manifesting booster .

Let this Winter Solstice remind you how capable you truly are. Let the brightness of your soul shine. ✨
