My name is Elle, I’m a level 4 Soft tissue therapist based in Norwich. Cancellations on the day or no shows will be charged at 100%.

Offering soft tissue treatment, sports massage, strapping & taping, Remedial massage, injury prevention & recovery. Cancellation policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before appointment will be charged at 50%.

It’s been a while..I’ve been busy gallivanting around south France 🇫🇷.

I will be back for a while in November. Whilst I’m back in the homeland I was thinking about opening up for a few days for treatments. 💆‍♀️

📢 BIG NEWS 📢

If you’ve been in over the last couple of weeks then you will already know what I’m about to announce.

August will be my LAST month treating, I’m leaving to go and explore Europe and then galavant around New Zealand. 🌍

This announcement comes with a mix of emotions. I’m sad to be leaving the most amazing group of women at and I will miss my clients dearly, I really do get to treat some of the best people!

THANK YOU, to each and every one of you that has booked in & kept me busy throughout the year. And a huge thank you for continuing to support my small business, whether you have liked/shared my posts, booked in, or recommended me to your friends & family, it has all helped me grow and get to where I am today and I’m truly grateful for it all. ✨ 🌱

For my regular clients this will come as no surprise, you all know I’ve had itchy feet for a while now. 🙈

Norwich Triathlon 🏊‍♀️ 🚴‍♀️ 🏃‍♀️

My FIRST sprint triathlon, 13th lady and 3rd in my age category 🌟
I had so much fun competing in this event!

All the training was 100% worthwhile and overall I’ve enjoyed getting stuck into it!
Huge thank you to for all of the tips support, and cycle rides!

*note to self* don’t f***y around transitioning - they could have been quicker 😂.
