Some pictures of our jumble and cake sale this afternoon. We need to applaud the residents who have worked hard in choosing and arranging items to sell, and for cooking. Thank you to the kitchen, activity, housekeeping and care team for your involvement in this event. It was really lovely to see the local community come into the home and we have lots more planned for the near future. ❤️

Residents of Redlands have been extremely busy today, working very hard in organising all the clothes and bric a brac items for their jumble sale on Saturday. This was enjoyed by all and lovely to see how they meticulously went through all the items to choose to be displayed at this community event. 😊

Redlands house is hosting a jumble sale and cake sale on Saturday the 8th of November at 9.30am-11.20am. We have new and pre-used clothing for sale for all ages and different sizes.

Redlands House Residential Care Home is ideally situated close to local amenities in Hellesdon. There is a variety of shops just across the road at the Dixon shopping centre and a pub 200 yards away - all just 3 miles from the centre of Norwich. Redlands House has recently undergone expansion and refurbishment to provide a new wing in 2018 including rooms with ensuite shower facilities, and a new lounge and conservatory. The new rooms are light and spacious, with specially designed colour and furnishing schemes. Redlands House provide a homely and welcoming service, treating people as individuals and encouraging personalisation of rooms and maintenance of outside connections and activities. Alongside this, the home offers high-quality support to maintain independence for those needing residential and dementia care, in a home from home environment. The home provides a full programme of activities with dedicated staff to offer something for everyone and encourage a lively and stimulating environment, or quiet contemplation if that suits the resident better. Long and short term residents and respite care welcome and the home have recently installed a new lift and remodelled the sun lounge and garden spaces. Pets are accepted by arrangement.
