Breath, Senses, Mind & Heart – a Continuum of Being, Instrument of the Soul

Endless exploration with a deep love and reverence to these ancient teachings; all the things known and unknown, Mother Nature, our innate nature and all about this Life, falling into a wholeness and plenitude. Areas of my studies include the practices and wisdom from Advaita Vedanta, Tantra & Ayurveda. I am over 1900 hrs trained and certified in Traditional Hatha (Satyananda and Krishnamacharya tradition), Tantra /Kundalini, Chakra, Kriya Yoga & Mantra/, Ayurveda, Yoga Sutras, Yin & Restorative Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra & Meditation. All of my study and my personal inner work has created a holistic approach to what I share…

At the core of my offerings lies an intention. So these teachings, which have been passed on and through me, will inspire your heart and mind to descend into the exploration of knowing ourselves on deeper levels of our being. You will be invited to welcome yourself into these practices as you are and start from this very place…

To slow down from the busyness of day-to-day life. To quieten our mind and to re-connect. To remember our innate nature which rests in effortless awareness. For intensifying and, most importantly, sustaining this freedom and creative field through movement, awareness, breath, subtle body practices & self-inquiry. Whether it is healing, purifying, transforming, inspiring or tapping into the unknown I look forward to sharing with You.

I believe with reverence and commitment of yourself through these practices Yoga reveals itself, allows us to receive its spark of insight, clarity and richness to this sacred life.

The Monday class is shifting into a new expression:

FALL INTO THE PRESENCE FLOW
Mondays, 6-7.15 PM @ The Yoga Tree

A holistic practice that invites curiosity, exploration, and self-inquiry to awaken awareness and a deeply felt connection to the essence of these ancient teachings.

These classes guide you through somatic and energy practices that are fluid, adaptable and spiritually rooted. They create space to build resilience in the whole body while connecting to inner guidance.
The intention is to experience our sadhana (practice) as a path of deeper connection to one’s self and life.

Classes often begins or concludes with a guided or sonic meditation to restore mental clarity and the quality of your being.
And of course, seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom and philosophy are woven into the theme to support and explore your whole Self.

“Presence is a doorway. It is the visceral experience of various facets of our true nature.”

Hope to meet you there…

Greetings from 🇮🇳. As many of you asked, here is a little description of my “holiday” 😅
This question and answer is from one of my Ayurvedic study assignments:

What is Panchakarma?

Panchakarma is a holistic approach to health and wellbeing in Ayurvedic medicine. It is designed to remove accumulated toxins (known as ama) from the body ~ which are considered the root cause of imbalance, disease, and disconnection between the body, mind, and soul.

The term Panchakarma literally means ‘five actions’ (pancha ~>five, karma ~>actions). These are five traditional cleansing and purification treatments that target specific areas of the body to eliminate toxins through various methods. The overall aim is to purify the body, balance the doshas (vata, pitta, kapha), and strengthen the digestive fire (agni).

Three Stages of Panchakarma Therapy:

•Purvakarma (preparation therapy)
This is the preparatory stage involving internal and external oleation/ abhyanga (application of medicinal oils) and svedana (sweating therapies in steam box with your head outside). These processes help to soften and mobilize toxins (ama) from the deeper tissues (dhatus) into the gastrointestinal tract for elimination, while balancing the doshas ~ particularly vata for its calming effects.

•Pradhanakarma (main therapy)
This stage consists of the five principal cleansing procedures:
Vamana – therapeutic emesis (vomiting) to eliminate kapha-related toxins.

Virechana – purgation to clear excess pitta from the intestines.

Basti – medicated e***a to balance vata and cleanse the colon.

Nasya – nasal cleansing to purify the head region.

Some traditions also include Raktamokshana – bloodletting – as the fifth procedure (not here!)

These treatments detoxify the system and enhance digestive and metabolic function (agni).

•Paschatkarma (post-therapy / rejuvenation)
This is the rejuvenation phase following detoxification. It focuses on restoring strength, vitality, and balance through rasayana (rejuvenative) herbs, proper diet (ahara), and lifestyle practices (vihara). Rekindling agni and nurturing body, mind, and spirit are key aims of this phase.

Sahaja means your innate, natural, effortless state of being

sahaja – pronounced: suh-hah-juh

I would love to introduce (or re-introduce) one way you can work with me next year on a monthly basis…

What if everyday life, both the mundane and the sacred, could become our greatest teacher, and each moment an invitation to fully participate in the natural ebb and flow of living?

The truth is, our body’s nature is to thrive. It carries an innate intelligence that continuously moves (or wants to move) toward balance and wholeness.

Through these practices and continuous support you will be simply creating the right conditions so the body can do what it already knows ~ to heal itself and return to its most natural and effortless state.

You will understand how to work with your constitution and view and relate to things and to life itself from the perspective of the elements and the subtle qualities of the gunas, cultivating a sense of the divine play of the individual in harmony with the universal.

Full details, modules and that we will exploring and themes diving into are in the link in my bio and my website.

I have space for two beings starting in January and another two in March next year.

It would be my deepest honor…
Please get in touch if it resonates.
