Even though we’re already partway through the month, there’s still plenty of time to honour fresh beginnings, deepen connections, and step into balance.

What a truly special afternoon!

Thank you to everyone who joined me to celebrate the launch of my book, Grief: A Journey Through Emotions — and for making Katina’s Garden Gathering such a meaningful and joy-filled occasion.

From the beautiful Memory Tree to the laughter, hugs, and heartfelt conversations, I felt surrounded by love, support, and a real sense of connection.

What do you want to accomplish?

Hi, I'm Katina Chapman. I help you to have more confidence in your life. I’m a professional and registered hypnotherapist and have offices in Norwich and Lowestoft.

I worked for over 20 years in Human Resources as an HR Manager and Head of HR. During my time I helped many people overcome anxiety and stress, build confidence and empower their lives. I used the many skills I picked up coaching people as well as the more esoteric skills of meditation and other spiritual practices.

I work with people who are looking to make positive changes in their life. Many of my clients are looking to manage stress, get rid of fears and phobias or lose weight and adopt a new set of habits easily. Habits that are realistic, that meet their goals and that they can live with in the long term.
