When I started The Holistic Self-Care Kit Company, it wasn’t about building a business — it was about sharing something real. After years of illness, trauma, and juggling the chaos of life, I wanted to help other families rediscover calm, connection, and compassion through simple holistic rituals.

Seeing my story in print is a beautiful reminder that healing doesn’t have to be grand or perfect — it just starts with one small act of care. One breath. One blend. One moment of choosing you.
