When people ask what i do i dunno how to explaine on the spot,
i work between the seen and unseen.
As a shamanic kitchen witch and quantum recoder, I use herbs, breath, sound, and energy to help untangle what’s been held in the body and spirit.
My work is about grounding the soul back into the body, calming the nervous system, and gently rewriting energetic patterns so healing can unfold naturally.
I grow and forage my own herbs, working with the cycles of the Moon and the guidance of my ancestors to create living medicine.
When I work with people, I work at a soul level — helping the soul return fully into the body. I channel energy through intention and intuition, allowing what needs to release, soften, or realign to do so naturally.

Are stars the Source has set in play.
