Bulking is an activity to increase muscle mass. So the goal is for our bodies to become bigger, in the sense of gradually increasing muscle mass.
Food for Fattening Body
You can eat the following foods:
- Meat and fish. For example beef, salmon, and the like.
- Milk, including low-fat milk, cheese to yogurt.
- Fruits, such as apples, oranges, bananas, grapes, pears, and watermelons.
- Vegetables, such as spinach, broccoli, leafy greens, tomatoes, green beans, cucumbers, asparagus, bell peppers and mushrooms.
- Legumes, such as kidney beans, chickpeas, and black beans.
- Oils: Olive oil, flaxseed oil and avocado oil.
Or if you want to be categorized based on its contents, it can be like this:
- Protein: egg white, fish, chicken, tuna
- Complex Carbs: Black beans, cereals, brown rice, potatoes
- Fibrous carbohydrates: broccoli, asparagus, celery, spinach
- Healthy fats: Olive oil, almonds, salmon
- Milk and eggs: egg whites, nonfat milk
- Fruits and other foods: lemons, bananas, onions, tomatoes.
