Food Explorers is a free 3-week selective eating workshop for children aged 2–4, designed to introduce healthy food habits through fun, hands-on activities.

Sessions give children the chance to explore new foods, make simple healthy snacks, and learn about fruit and vegetables in an engaging, playful way.

We recently ran a men-only airfryer course, supporting a small local group of 10 men over six weeks to build new, healthier habits.

The sessions focused on building confidence in the kitchen, encouraging positive routines, and creating a relaxed, welcoming space for conversation and connection.

Healthy lifestyle changes don’t have to be big or overwhelming - often it’s the small steps that make the biggest difference.

Your Health Your Way

Your Health Your Way – the new Nottinghamshire Integrated Wellbeing Service, funded by Nottinghamshire County Council and delivered by ABL Health.

From 1st April 2020 this new service will be bringing together a range of behaviour change support, accessible for residents of Nottinghamshire (excluding Nottingham City) including stop smoking, drink less alcohol, lose weight, move more and feel better. We will have a range of sessions and services in each district across Nottinghamshire and anyone can refer into service.
