The Human Body Is Fascinating 🌟
After pregnancy I didn’t know if I’d ever feel body confident like I did before… and just to clarify being body confident looks different for everyone and you should never judge yourself compared to other peoples journeys 🫶🏽
I just feel totally in awe of how much your body can change when you fuel it with the right things and look after it 🌟 I’m not an exercise ju**ie, I hate the gym and all I do enjoy is our two fitness classes each week! But what I do love is finding new ways to improve my health, I love researching into natural supplements and seeing the effects they can have 🌱
I’m consistent with my daily breakfast products and just make sure I eat good food during the day - OF COURSE I love the treats, the takeaways, the meals out, the odd gin etc but these are 20% of the time and 80% of the time I’m having good food and good snacks👍🏽
