Lets talk self love 🤍...

Its such a massive part of being mentally healthy. There are many things you can do to improve yours but the main thing is to listen to your body and look after yourself.

This week I've worked on getting clear with my goals.
Putting in place a morning routine that gives me a great start to the day.
Getting moving because it feels good and taking away that pressure of working out to look a certain way.
Taking time for me each day and doing something I love.
Reintroducing a night time routine.
Eating well to give my body plenty of energy.

And relax....

This is one of my favourite places to relax and unwind. Its super important to take time out for you especially when you have a busy schedule.

I've had a busy day and been fortunate to see some pretty awesome people followed with an afternoon reflecting and working on my business plan. I am aiming to start to post more and be able to bring some exciting things your way.

But for now I am going to put on a podcast and enjoy this wonderful whirlpool bath bath 🛁 🤍🌿

What area of health and wellness do you struggle with most?

For me its fitness and in particular cardio. It's the first thing to drop off and I rarely feel motivated to do it it's a struggle but once I've done it I feel great.
I think everyone has 1 area they struggle with more that the rest. I find gradually adding a little achievable goals it makes it all easier and helps give you momentum.

Self improvement isn't easy it involves a lot of hard work and determination but the pay off is huge

Homemade granola, coconut yoghurt and berry compote to start the day.

Lots of fruit and nuts for plenty of vitamins, fibre and protein. I am trying to make as much as I can from lots of fresh ingredients so I know exactly what goes into the food I'm eating and can ensure I get plenty of fruit and veg in my diet.

Meditation

Have you tried meditating? If not why not give it a go. There are so many fantastic guided meditations that you can follow and many that are only a few minutes long.

Meditation helps with my anxiety and helps me find focus, I meditate at least once a day. It's been so beneficial to me.
