It’s been an amazing first section of our Kerala adventure. Leaving the Yogahaus tomorrow morning for more adventures and reflecting on just how much we’ve done, seen and experienced in 6 days - even with a daily dose of 4 hours yoga, pranayama and meditation 🤩

We have met some beautiful wonderful people here 🙏 and I feel much more flexible and stronger than when I arrived and have seen improvements in my movements and we’ve enjoyed it so much here we’re coming back for a few days next week 🤩🎉 ❤️
