We all know the tiredness that comes with menopause, the joys of waking up tired after a restless night of sweats and itchy skin…..

So what’s the first thing I do when I wake up…. Pick up the phone and start scrolling. Which makes me even more tired and lethargic and a struggle to actually get out of bed and start my day. It’s a bad habit and one I’m trying to break. I may even buy an alarm clock so the number one excuse I have against leaving my phone downstairs is null….

What bad habits would you change?
