This feedback is not for self gratification but to thank the person for sharing this, and to show through evidence what my classes offer beyond movement . It truly means a lot. I’m really glad to hear how much they enjoyed the class and that it gave the space to unwind and fully relax. That’s always the intention: to create an environment where people can step away from the outside world and reconnect with themselves.
I especially loved hearing about their experience with the blindfold. It can feel a little unfamiliar at first, but as discovered, it often opens the door to a much deeper, more internal practice. When we gently remove visual distractions, it allows the body and mind to soften in a different way, and that awareness described is exactly what I hope for all Pure Yoga-Ayurveda students. It’s also stops us taking one of our senses for granted.
It’s wonderful to know said person left feeling lighter and refreshed. That “reset” feeling is such a powerful part of the practice. Thank you again for your openness and trust in the process. I look forward to sharing more classes with you and others weekly.
As a yoga teacher, my role goes far beyond guiding movement on the mat. It’s about gently encouraging you to shift your focus from what feels heavy or negative, toward what is steady, supportive, and present within you.
I aim to help you reshape your narrative, one page at a time. Not rushing ahead or getting lost in past chapters, or unproven future maybes, but learning to stay with where you are, trusting that this moment has something to offer. There is power in patience, in discipline, and in meeting yourself exactly as you are.
Yoga isn’t just the hour we share together. It’s how you carry that awareness into your everyday life. It’s in the way you respond to discomfort, how you sit with dis-ease, and how you choose to show up for yourself and the world around you.
This practice is about coming home to yourself, again and again. Not restarting. Returning 🪬🫶🏼✨
