✨️ Tuesday at the Sheila Russell Community Centre we are having a free exercise to music class at 5.30 until 6.15 ✨️ The session will be filmed as part of an assessment and only viewed by assessors. 🤓

💫You are welcome to join us! Some floor work is involved so if you have gym mat please bring it along ✨️
