Three Spirit was the amazing social elixir you were all enjoying with us on Saturday night... Here's some more about the brand 🙏🍸

In their first three months, Three Spirit made it onto the menu of 50 leading restaurants and bars around London. The brand calls itself a “non-alcoholic social elixir” and with people increasingly giving up alcohol and millennials drinking far less, Three Spirit has landed at the right moment.

This year's The Boogie promises to be perfect for mind, body & soul...

When the dancing's over, you'll be able to chill out with a Sound Bath - a deeply relaxing and meditative combination of gongs, singing bowls and other percussive instruments used to create an immersive experience in sound - led by the amazing Gongs by Julia

All you need to do is lie down and let the calming sounds and vibrations wash over you...

We'll even have chairs available for those of you who would prefer to sit...

Sweet News...

The artisan bringing us some sweet soul nourishment at The Boogie this year will be Amanda of Soul Song Raw Chocolate...

She's a wonderful Raw Chocolatier, as well as a fabulous yoga teacher, who makes micro batches of gorgeous chocolate. Hand blended, hand tempered and hand moulded. Every batch made with love.

I think there might be a bit of a queue :-)

* INSPIRATION FOR A RAINY TUESDAY*

You’ll be able to meet and find out more about an amazing women’s project at The Boogie - Nottingham Soroptimists!

The group is part of a global network of more than 3,000 Soroptimist clubs worldwide – led by women who want to improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls locally and internationally by raising money and volunteering to help.

Here in Nottingham, the group's current projects include providing welcome and leaving packs for women in refuges, fundraising for WE R HERE – a charity helping vulnerable and traumatised people and families, and collecting sanitary ware for homeless women staying at Emmanuel House.

I'm so looking forward to welcoming just some of the inspiring women behind the group to The Boogie - in celebration of women being there for women!

It's going to be an incredible night...

Dress to feel good and move easily. Go for layers so you can enjoy feeling free dancing & then wrap up and be cosy for the deeply relaxing Sound Bath experience to end your evening...

We’re thinking leggings & lip gloss but we’d love to know what you’ve got in mind so please share your ideas & inspiration!

No heels please. Flat shoes, pumps or trainers are perfect...

Here’s a quick video I did for you if you’re not sure where our venue, St Mary’s Church, is for Saturday 19th October.

We’ll be dancing in the main part of the church which dates back to the mid 1500s. Making it the largest Medieval building in Nottingham. So quite an amazing dance floor and acoustics for the sound bath! ✨

Only 6 weeks until we’re there! 💛
