I've lost 4 stone and 2 pounds and feel amazing. How have I done that? By eating fulfilling tasty food that is Food Optimised in line with the Slimming World eating plan. Eating well, moving more and building lasting success. I reached my target weight in August 2025 and I'm still maintaining it.
What does a typical day look like:-
Breakfast - (on a golf day) - Vegetarian Sausage, bacon, mushrooms, poached eggs, SWIP free hash brown, baked beans and tomatoes - all free food
Lunch - Cooked chicken, tomatoes, lettuce, raw carrots, pickled onions, beetroot, hard boiled egg - all free food - with a HiFi wholemeal wrap (HEXF)
Dinner - Homemade Beef Chilli and boiled rice - full of mixed beans with a side salad - all free food
Snacks - 2 x HiFi bars on the golf course 6 SWIPs
60g extra mature cheddar (2 x HEXCalcium)
4 x Ryvita (6 SWIP's), grapes and fresh figs
Total SWIPs for the day = 12
