I love making healthy iced tea with the herbal teas in my cupboard 🧋
All you need is a herbal tea blend of your choice, hot water and an optional sweetner such as honey (though i leave mine unsweetened).

You can either leave it to cool and then chill in the fridge for a couple of hours - or for a a stronger cold brew style tea leave in the fridge for 24 hours.

Add some ice, fruit or herb garnishes and done!

Let’s talk about hunger - because it’s not the enemy.

So many of my clients feel anxious or even ashamed when they notice hunger. Like it means they’re “failing” or doing something wrong. But here’s the truth: hunger is a normal, essential body signal. It’s not a moral issue, failing or sign of weakness. It’s literally your body telling you - Hey I need some energy to keep you going!

You wouldn’t feel bad for being thirsty or tired, right? Hunger works the same way.

👉 Ignoring it won’t make it go away long-term.
👉 Fighting it can lead to overeating later.
👉 Honouring it builds trust with your body.

The goal isn’t to never feel hungry, the goal is to notice it without panic, and respond with care. This might look like:

🍽 Eating a balanced snack when you’re not quite ready for a meal
⏳ Asking: “Is this physical hunger or something else?” then responding with kindness either way
💪 Remembering that fuelling your body is self-respect and care, not a lack of willpower

So no, you’re not doing it wrong because you feel hungry. You’re a human. You need food.
