Boxing combos, timer-4mins on the⏱️

2x Superset stations
Barbell 10x clean n press, 10x deadlifts
Renegade rows x10 each💪🏼 5x side plank d/b press

Second set adding the push sled as the timer 🖤❤️‍🔥 🔥

I think they like my new news…🤔 I did too! great workout had indeedy for a Friday set up!

Partner 1-
Sled pushes x5
Squat clean and press x10
Sn**ch x8-10 each side
Repeat x2 no rest between sets.

Partner 2-
Boxing combinations and ab work using the bag 🥊 (for the time it takes partner 1 to complete set above).

Repeat x2 sets, second set we reduced it to one round each, then we scrapped the resistance stuff and alternated between the bag intervals and 5x sled pushes for time 😅⏱️🔥

Little change of plan on the workout today, if you’ve watched the whole vid, you’ll see I reversed over my equipment prior to the sesh 🙋🏼‍♀️😡🫣

We still made it work using the good old park bench! No alcohol involved either 💪🏼

Gave these a choice today of workouts… (I’m not always a dragon 🐉) they went for a HIIT sesh over a workout of Steady cardio (p1) Vs heavy lifting set (p2)…

It did the job for a Friday/weekend set up I think! Not too much DOMs this week guys 🫣

Barbell squats
Fwd lunges
Deadlifts
Shoulder press
Bent over row
Bicep curls

Be feeling this one 💪🏼👌🏼😁 you smashed it!

B O X I N G C I R C U I T 🥊🥊

Boxing combos of 4mins each time with added resistance and bodyweight exercises thrown in. Partner 1 being the timer for partner 2 on their reps each time!

Finished with core & ab work with some great sound effects thrown in too! I need a voice recorder, I could make a great track out of it for a reel 🤔

My Foursome Fitties right there! I quick changed the plan first thing and came up with these 4x 6min AMRAPs… I think they really enjoyed it 😬🤩🥹
