💚🪴 FEELING good for summer 2026 🪴💚
Feeling good comes from the accomplishment of working hard for something.
Goals look different for everyone, however, for most people it will be to feel comfortable in swim swear OR perform better in the whatever sport they do.
These pointers can apply for both:
🌴 give yourself a 6-8 week timeframe to COMMIT to. Work on the 80/20 rule. No body is perfect.
💚 be organized. write out a calendar and include: work, social events, family, workouts & meals. This will help you be REALISTIC with what you want to achieve and avoid the feeling of failure when your best friends hen party that’s be planned for two years comes up and ruins your 6 week timeframe. It’s ok. Work around it.
🌴 accept imperfections. No one sticks to the rule book 100% of the time, that’s no fun. The main thing is to hop right back on the band wagon. Don’t dwell on it. S**t happens!
💚 STICK TO THE PLAN 80% of the time > a 6-8 week period. DO NOT GIVE UP. If you are doing the work- you will feel ACCOMPLISHED and PROUD & ultimately, FEEL GREAT … and begin to see the progress you want to see💚
