🌟End of year company reflection 🌟
As we come to the end of another year, we wanted to share some of the positive developments within our service.
In October, we transferred our service from a sole trader to a Ltd company. This decision was made to support future growth, as operating as a Ltd company is more professional and appealing to potential customers. We hope this will place us in a strong position to begin exploring tenders that match our remit in the new year and further develop our service.
We have taken on new contracts with schools and colleges, allowing us to expand both our team and the services we provide. This growth supports the longevity of our customer relationships and gives us greater security to plan ahead and continue to grow and thrive in the coming years.
Our team has expanded and now includes a wide range of professionals across all grades, including nurses, nurse associates, nursing assistants, healthcare assistants, and support workers. Having a diverse and skilled workforce brings many benefits to our clinical environments, enhances patient care through a multi-layered approach, and offers staff opportunities to progress in their careers if they wish.
We have also had numerous staff members complete various levels of CPD training. This ongoing development improves job performance and helps ensure we continue to deliver high standards of care.
The training element of our service remains extremely busy. We continue to provide a wide range of courses to charities, education provisions, and social care services across Warwickshire, Solihull, and Birmingham. Due to increased demand, in the new year we will be supporting some of our nurses to complete training to become trainers themselves. This will allow us to expand our capacity, broaden our course offering, and continue meeting the needs of our customers.
