Innate intelligence relates to the body’s inherent capacity to heal and maintain itself. To perform self-repair. This concept suggests that from birth, we possess an innate knowledge that guides growth, health and adaptation to the environment. The nervous system acts as the communication network for this intelligence, transmitting signals between the brain and body’s cells, tissues and organs.
In addition to the physical benefits of fasting, what I personally appreciate the most from the experience is the sense of peace and calm that infuses throughout all of my being. Absolute serenity.
The notable heightening of my senses is always astounding and the deeper connection to nature, to myself and to the greater collective is inexplicable in words! ✨
