Hey guys and girls

Thank you to everyone who has reached out for some personal training with me recently

Unfortunately I am currently fully booked and cannot take on any more clients for 1:1 sessions
🤔 unless I sell my children on eBay
I have looked but the prices are too low and postage and packaging is ridiculous

I am very grateful to all my amazing clients and I am a committed coach and invested in each of your journeys, taking on more clients would jeopardise my time and energy to fully support those already in my team

I have started a waiting list so if I get any more availability I will reach out to you all in the order you enquired

I can support you virtually through online training if you wish so please ask me about that if that is something you would consider

Don’t forget I also offer group exercise classes at Parklands Leisure Centre which can help support your journey in a fun and interactive way alongside a great bunch of people

If you had to choose only one leg exercise to do for the rest of your life what would it be?

Mine would be the barbell lunge

I love unilateral leg exercises and find they hit better and improve my balance stability flexibility and strength all in one go
